Four years ago, my glucose level was too high. Naturally, I didn’t want to become a diabetic.

Timing was on my side when I came across Mark Hyman’s 10-day sugar detox. I joined 10,000 others on a Facebook page to do this program. If I lost weight, that would be a bonus.

It took about a year, but I not only lowered my blood sugar, but lost close to 40 lbs ( that I had gained from emotional eating after the loss of my twin brother).

Get rid of the sugar.

No carbs. No dairy.

Very similar to the 30-day Whole Plan.

Oh. And I’ve always worked out. But the changing of my eating habits is what worked for me.
