Mine includes organic berries, only a half a banana (lots of sugar content in that), a handful of organic spinach, flax meal, chia seeds, hemp hearts, almond butter (peanut butter is not a good source of fat), a bit of cacao powder, cinnamon and almond milk.

All of the ingredients are organic.
