My breakfast is a smoothie with organic strawberries and blueberries and a half banana. I add chia seeds, flax meal, hemp seeds, almond butter, cacao powder, cinnamon, a handful of organic spinach or kale, and almond milk.
On alternate days, I’ll make sunny side eggs with sautéed spinach and a piece of either sourdough or sprouted what toast with Nuttzo butter.
In cold days, I’ll have oatmeal with almond milk.
I have to eat breakfast, otherwise I get kinda sick to my stomach.
