My favorite pie I bake is gluten-free sweet potato pie. My son is Celiac and I started writing a gluten-free cookbook. (I’m only halfway there.)
I also bake a killer Gravenstein apple pie (pictured here), which is also gluten-free. Gravenstein apples are grown all over Sonoma County. Can you smell them here?
